Our workshop

Every jacket passes through eleven pairs of hands before it leaves the workshop floor. No pattern is cut until it's been worn, washed, and worn again.

The workshop sits above a small tannery on the edge of town — three rooms, a wall of pattern blocks going back to 1994, and a rule we don't break: if a machine can't sew a seam the way a hand can, we sew it by hand instead. Denim is washed twice before cutting, wool is steam-blocked before it's touched by a needle, and every finished piece sits for 24 hours before it's inspected and packed.

We keep runs small on purpose. When a style sells out, we don't rush a reorder — we wait for the next batch of the right material to come in, even if that means a waitlist.

The denim jacket only got better after the first wash. You can tell it wasn't made on a line — the stitching is genuinely different from anything else I own.

Ordered the wool overcoat for winter and it's easily the warmest, best-built coat I've owned. Worth every rupee, and the repair promise sealed it for me.

Rare to find a brand that actually explains where the material comes from. The flannel shirt fits perfectly and feels like it'll outlast me.
